Overview
The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection (FRI), is a quality inspection conducted when production is 100% complete, and at least 80% of the goods are packed. It ensures that the finished products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements before shipment. PSI focuses on verifying product functionality, workmanship, labeling, packaging integrity, and overall compliance to minimize risks before delivery.By conducting PSI before shipment, buyers can identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues, allowing them to take corrective actions before the goods leave the factory. This inspection helps prevent costly returns, customer complaints, and delays, ensuring that only high-quality products reach the market.
